Coaching Campaign “I can’t find a job!” Motivation and New Perspectives for Unemployed WomenCoaching at a reduced fee or pro bono
Registration until March 31, 2010
Frankfurt – „More than 12,000 women in Frankfurt are out of work – I want to do my bit to change that”, Pamela Preisendörfer says. A native of England, the experienced career counsellor and life change coach has lived and worked in Frankfurt for more than twenty years. Till the end of March, she is offering unemployed women professional career counselling at a reduced fee of 30 EUR per session, provided that they are prepared to work on themselves and explore the reasons for their unemployment. “In cases of hardship, I’m more than open to waive the fee altogether. All I want is to use my experience to open up new opportunities.” Preisendörfer points out that the social or educational background is unimportant: “It doesn’t take much to motivate others, and it’s marvellous to watch people gain self-confidence once they feel that somebody else believes in them, regardless of their position and field of employment.” [...]

Excellent professional training and the brightest of prospects notwithstanding, people mentally block themselves in crucial situations – and bar their way to success. The reason: negative core beliefs, such as “I’m just not successful, I’m basically a failure”, “I won’t make it anyway”, “I don’t deserve my good luck”.
This is the pattern Pamela Preisendörfer encounters again and again when working with her clients. In her book, the successful career counsellor and life change coach shows how mental sabotage can be transformed into mental empowerment.
This is required reading for everyone curious to discover what unconscious core beliefs affect their lives and how to turn them into a stepping-stone to personal success.
A CD with relaxation and personal exploration exercises is included.
An English edition will be available soon.
